




Elm seed sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 slices bread
- 1 cucumber
- 50 g butter
- 1 handful fresh elm seeds
- 100 g sour cream (18% fat)
- Salt
- Pepper
Equipment
- Mandoline slicer
Directions
- Fry the bread in butter on both sides until golden.
- Cut the cucumber into thin rounds, preferably with a mandoline slicer.
- Mix the elm seeds with sour cream, and season with salt and pepper
- Assemble open-faced sandwiches by spreading a layer of "elm cream" on each slice of bread and laying sliced cucumber on top.
