Elm seed sandwich

Ingredients
  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 cucumber
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 handful fresh elm seeds
  • 100 g sour cream (18% fat)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Equipment
  • Mandoline slicer
Directions
  1. Fry the bread in butter on both sides until golden.
  2. Cut the cucumber into thin rounds, preferably with a mandoline slicer.
  3. Mix the elm seeds with sour cream, and season with salt and pepper
  4. Assemble open-faced sandwiches by spreading a layer of "elm cream" on each slice of bread and laying sliced cucumber on top.
