Red sorrel salad

Ingredients
  • A handful of red sorrel (or use common sorrel or wood sorrel)
  • A small handful of common sorrel
  • 8 cicely seeds
  • 2 ramson leaves
  • 2 tablespoons glasswort
  • 2 tablespoons wild onion flowers
  • 2 tablespoons oil
Directions
  1. Chop the ramson and cicely seeds finely.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve immediately.
  • Tips

    Serve the salad alongside steak or another heavy dish.
