Elderflower vinegar
Ingredients
- 1 l apple cider vinegar
- 5 elderflower clusters

Directions
- Heat the apple cider vinegar to 50 degrees C, turn off the heat, and add the elderflower clusters.
- Let it infuse for two days covered with a cloth.
- Pour the liquid into a bottle, and use as desired.
