With more than 20 years of experience, Anita arranges guided hikes, foraging trips, teaching for students, and other events related to nature and wild food. As an educated biologist and ranger, Anita has a wide range of knowledge with edibles of the beach, the forests, the sea, and the marshes, as well as a wide overview of the cultural history of eastern Jutland. Anita is available to travel throughout most of Jutland and Fyn and arrange VILD MAD activities.
