Christian is a trained freeschool teacher and outdoor guide, and will soon be a qualified ranger. He works in the municipality of Assens, which offers a wide array of exciting landscapes including forests, coastline, beaches, commons, and meadows. He works all over the municipality of Assens, and gives guests the opportunity of tasting places like Helnæs, the hills of Vissenbjerg, and the island of Bågø. Christian has cooked over a bonfire, and practed other exciting ways of preparing food in nature, for many years.
