Jan is a ranger at the Nature Agency in Søhøjlandet. He has taught people about edible plants for many years, and always adapts his communication to the requests and expectations of the participants. Søhøjlandet offers plenty of herbs, berries, and mushrooms from meadows, marshes, and forests. The ingredients are cooked over a bonfire in the wild with all the attendant challenges and pleasures.
