Karin is a trained ranger who works for the municipality of Vesthimmerland, where she is the head of Naturekspeditionen.dk. She has gathered and cooked ingredients from nature’s pantry for 40 years. As a ranger she teaches courses for daycare personnel, pedagogical staff ,and teachers, but she also works with corporations and families, holding events and courses on foraging and cooking wild ingredients.
