Susanne is a trained biologist and ranger. She works in the healthcare department of the municipality of Vordingborg, and aims to inspire adults who are physically, mentally, or socially challenged to incorporate nature into their daily life. She uses both the natural areas close to the city, and the magnificent area around the cliffs of Møn. She prioritizes sensory experiences, such as picking and tasting the numerous edible herbs, and cooking the food together over a fire.
