Trine is a ranger at the nature school of Skovlyst in Aabenraa and at the Nature Agency in South Jutland. She teaches about edible plants, berries, and mushrooms in the forests around the nature school, where they are blessed with a wide selection of natural ingredients. She also teaches on the island of Kalvø outside Aabenraa.
