Erik works as a green guide with the organisation Børn og Unge in the municipality of Aarhus. Based at the nature center Natursamarbejdet by Brabrand Lake, he helps develop and adminster educational programs about nature and the environment. He teaches school children and others about outdoor life, and both Haver til Maver and Vild Mad are an integral part of his job.
