Kristoffer works as a ranger in Naturpark Mølleåen, where he, among other activities , conducts VILD MAD trips. However, he also travels the country as a ranger, and considers it his missions to connect people with nature. Kristoffer participates in Vild Mad projects in several different places around the country, and is deeply invested in cooking and foraging wild plants. He takes care to include all five basic tastes when he cooks with wild herbs.
