Maj-Britt is a trained biologist, pedagogue, and ranger. She is employed by the Nature Center of Nyruphus, and has the lush nature of Elsinor, with its forests, coastline, lakes, and meadows, at her disposal. She works primarily with kindergartens and schools from the municipality of Elsinor, and stimulates the curiosity of children and teenagers by demonstrating the treasures that nature holds. Her classes always include natural and cultural history, and make links to sustainability and biodiversity. Along with foraged plants Maj-Britt uses local crab and deer cooked over a bonfire.
