Thomas is a trained archeologist and works as a ranger at Åmosen Nature Park. The park stretches 45 kilometers inland from the Great Belt, and follows the waterway through Halleby Creak, Tis Lake, Åmose Creak and out in Great Åmose. He focuses on the tremendous biodiversity in the area, and he cooks over a bonfire with local herbs and ingredients such as red deer from Åmosen or zander from Tis Lake.
